CYZ Capital is a real estate private investment platform founded on the vision of a single-family office and a trusted circle of investment partners. Grounded in conviction, discipline, and deep market insight, we are principal investors, not brokers or intermediaries. We invest alongside our partners in every opportunity we present, pursuing direct, high-conviction real estate investments that deliver real results.

What began as a private initiative has grown into a proven investment platform. Since 2022, in a span of 3 years, we’ve independently deployed over $1billion gross development value (GDV) across eight carefully selected real estate projects in Singapore, delivering strong risk-adjusted returns and driving long-term capital appreciation. Each deal reflects our hands-on approach, strategic foresight, and commitment to excellence.

In 2025, CYZ Capital was formally established to scale our impact, opening the door for like-minded accredited investors to co-invest alongside us in exclusive, off-market real estate opportunities. Our co-investment approach provides qualified investors with direct access to carefully curated deals that are typically available only to large institutional funds, delivered with full transparency and strategic alignment.
